Forensic operations specialist sells 3BD in Mill Farms
Jason W. Lantz and Katie L. Lantz bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 711 Carys Chapel Road in Yorktown from Patrick S. Andrews and Yong Son Andrews for $257,300 on Oct. 17.
The Andrewses paid $219,900 for the property in September 2004. The 1,600-square-foot house was built in 1965 in Mill Farms.
Jason Lantz has served as a quality inspector at Northrup Grumman, a global aerospace and defense technology company headquartered in Virginia.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 301 home sales in target="_new">Yorktown during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $301,700.
