Tabb grad Greene plays in Hollins loss

Tabb High School graduate Jasmine Greene scored 16 points for Hollins University, but lost 80-56 at home in Roanoke to conference rival Randolph-Macon College on Saturday, Jan. 19, Hollins' website reported.

The junior guard also recorded five rebounds and three assists as Hollins dropped to 5-10 on the season and 1-6 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.

Hollins' next game is 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23 at home against Lynchburg.

Greene is a 2010 graduate of Tabb High School. She is a junior guard on the women's basketball team at Hollis University, where she is majoring in business management with a minor in communications. Greene is from Hampton.
